With over 20 years of international experience in HR, product management, and organizational transformation, Regina has led change from both the driving seat and the receiving end. Her core belief: real, sustainable transformation begins from the inside out. She helps leaders make the invisible forces that shape their decisions and behaviors visible – so they can break through inner blockages, align head, heart, and will, and evolve into the next, better version of themselves.

Regina’s approach is grounded in her philosophy: Go deep to get far. Combining business acumen, human insight, and consciousness-based practices, she fosters leadership growth that is as authentic as it is effective, where self-awareness and strategic action go hand in hand.

Regina holds an Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change from Insead Business School and a Master’s in Business Economics with an HR focus. Beyond her professional path, her passion for human growth is fueled by meditation, yoga, consciousness work, and her genuine curiosity for the potential and inner world of the people she encounters.
