In a world where change accelerates and challenges grow more complex each day, leaders often feel the weight of responsibility without a trusted space to turn to. The old ways of problem-solving, relying mainly on rational thinking, are no longer sufficient. True breakthrough solutions require additional intelligences beyond the mind.

How will the journey be?
Wisdom grows where trust lives. Over six months, you will be part of a carefully selected group of five leaders in similar roles, facing shared challenges. Meeting monthly online, you will form deep connections across industries and cultures in a confidential, supportive space. Each session, two members present their real-life leadership challenges to the group. With guidance from experienced facilitators, the circle offers honest reflections, intuitive insights, and fresh perspectives to spark clarity and new solutions. Listening deeply with mind, heart, and gut, you will uncover wisdom that leads to meaningful, actionable next steps. Additionally, circle members can access ongoing peer wisdom and encouragement through their private online group forum between formal sessions.
Curriculum Overview
Selected Circle Members embark on a transformative wisdom journey by deeply engaging with like-minded peers around these profound focus questions:
● How can we deeply support and uplift each other in navigating challenges?
● How can we cultivate a safe space where wisdom naturally emerges?
● How can we present our most pressing challenges in a way that invites wisdom and solutions?
● How do we activate our entire human information system to gather insights?
● How do we recognize and share the subtle signals and insights emerging from the field?
● How can we co-create solutions that arise from the collective wisdom of the group?
● What is the most powerful next step to create meaningful progress?
Application Process
1. Please register & complete the questionnaire
2. A Faculty Member will reach out to schedule a 20 min interview
3. Based on your interview, you will be assigned to a matching Wisdom Circle
4. You will receive an email with preparation instructions
5. Each circle member has the opportunity to present 2 key challenges
6. Each online session lasts 2 hours plus offline preparation and integration time
7. Participation in ALL sessions is mandatory to sustain the safe, intimate group space
8. Optional booking: 2 x individual coaching sessions to support the implementation of the co-created solutions (recommended for first-time participants)
