For the last 25 years Dr. Chaffee has been teaching leadership both on-line and on-site in academia, industry and with firefighters and police officers. He recently retired as the Department Chair of Organisational Leadership and Business Management with Union Institute and University.

His interest is in conscious leadership, leadership that acknowledges and nurtures the innate spiritual nature of us as human beings as we do our best to lead within our families, communities and places of work.

Conscious leadership is spiritual leadership, a soul-searching process characterised by ‘seeing the other as ourself’, the very essence of ethics. There is a hunger in the world for something deeper than most cultures are currently providing.
