Dr. Rick Chaffee
Educator and guide assisting those interested in discovering, celebrating and fully living the gift of the Life we have been given.
For the last 25 years Dr. Chaffee has been teaching leadership both on-line and on-site in academia, industry and with the Army National Guard, most recently as the Department Chair of Organizational Leadership and Business Management.
His interest is in conscious leadership, leadership that acknowledges and nurtures our innate spiritual nature as we do our best to lead within our families, communities and places of work.
Conscious leadership is spiritual leadership, a soul-searching process characterized by ‘seeing the other as ourself’, the very essence of ethics. There is a hunger in the world for something deeper than our cultures typically provides. Serving that need is his calling and his joy.

Dr. Rick Chaffee is a person who speaks from direct experience. He experiments with his own inner life before he asks others to do the same. By this his presence has a peaceful power and elegant simplicity.
