UnLearning Experience

Dive into unique methodologies, insightful experiences, and in-depth process.

By joining this year-long immersive program limited to just 5 executive leaders, you are committing time and effort to your personal growth and the support of your peers. Guided by senior facilitators, you will reconnect to your core values and navigate your most demanding leadership dilemmas.

During in-person sessions, each participant will present a key challenge. You will receive meaningful, multi-dimensional feedback that reveals blind spots, unlocks fresh perspectives, and aligns you with your longer-term vision, not just your next deadline. During these one-day sessions, analysis meets intuition and additional layers of intelligence. Emotions, metaphors, gestures, and sensations become tools for insight to find new, inventive, and bold solutions that align with who you are.

Between in-person sessions, you will join virtual peer meetings and one-on-one online coaching sessions. Here, you can ask questions, deepen your insights, and get support for the next steps of implementing the solution that emerged for you.

During the entire journey, you will actively engage in deep listening, giving and receiving feedback, generative dialogue, reflective writing, journaling, and sharing your inner progress and action with peers – all in the spirit of open mind, open heart, and open will.

A 12-month journey blending in-person retreats, virtual peer meetings, and individual coaching.

4 In-Person Retreats (one entire day plus the evening before starting with a group dinner & networking):
Held at the tranquil Sonnenhausen Estate, a secluded former horse stud near Munich, surrounded by nature, known for its organic cuisine and peaceful charm. Each retreat provides a dedicated space to slow down, reflect deeply, and collectively explore potential solutions to the challenges and questions you bring.

4 One-on-One Virtual Coaching Sessions (60 min):
Tailored executive coaching to help you internalize key insights, bring new solutions into action, and stay aligned with your broader leadership vision.

5 Virtual Peer Meetings (90 min):
To get to know each other, stay connected during the in-person retreats and receive additional peer support.


In total you will experience 4 Growth Cycles, each consisting of:
1. Prepare your challenge (homework)
2. Present your challenge and dive deep during the in-person retreat
3. Write a short reflection paper after the in-person retreat (homework)
4. Receive tailored coaching on a one-on-one basis online
5. Bring your solutions to life.
6. Share your lessons, progress, breakthroughs, and real-world actions during the virtual peer session.

This rhythm creates a powerful arc of insight, growth, and wisdom-inspired action.
