William Miller is an internationally-recognized expert on the metrics, models, and good character values for transforming corporate innovation. For over 35 years, William Miller has been an internationally-recognised expert on the metrics, models, and good character values for transforming corporate innovation. He has served clients worldwide on the topics of leadership development, employee engagement, and corporate culture through the lens of “enabling innovation”: doing things that are new, better, easier, or different, and achieving a positive benefit – with every person, every job, every day.
He is Co-founder of Values Centered Innovation Inc. Previously he founded Global Creativity Corporation, was Head of Innovation Management at Stanford Research Institute, and served as Manager of Training and Development for the largest USA manufacturer of gas-welding equipment.
William also Co-founded the Global Dharma Center, focusing on spirituality as the basis for life and work. For 4 years, he and his wife Debra co-authored a bi-weekly column on “Spirituality in the Workplace” for the Times of India, the 3rd largest Indian newspaper. GDC also sponsored research interviews with dozens of spiritual-based executives from 15 countries.
William has been acclaimed multiple times by Leadership Excellence as among the top 30 thought-leaders worldwide on the topic of leadership. His client work has spanned the globe, in countries such as India, China, Japan, Singapore, England, France, Canada, and the USA.
Two of his five books on corporate innovation have been rated among the ‘Top 30 Business Books of the Year’. William has been a guest faculty member in the graduate schools of business at Stanford University and the University of Dallas.
