William C. Miller

For over 35 years, William Miller has been an internationally recognized expert on values-driven innovation. He has served clients worldwide on the topics of leadership development, employee engagement, and corporate culture for “enabling innovation” – doing things that are new, better, easier, or different, and achieving a positive benefit.

He is Co-founder of Values Centered Innovation Inc. Previously he founded Global Creativity Corporation, led the Innovation Management program at Stanford Research Institute, and served as Corporate Manager of Training and Development for Victor Equipment Co., the largest USA manufacturer of gas-welding equipment.

William has been exploring the heights and depths of spiritual based leadership for over 40 years, including a chapter entitled “Of Profits and Prophets” in his 1987 book, The Creative Edge. In 2000 he recorded a full audio workshop for Sounds True, “The Art of Spiritual Leadership in Business.”

In 2000 he co-founded, with Debra Miller, the Global Dharma Center to focus on spirituality at work. Together, they sponsored the “Spiritual Based Leadership Research Program,” interviewing over 30 business executives from 15 countries about how their spirituality guided the way they ran their enterprises. They also wrote numerous white papers on spiritual based leadership as well as a 90 bi-weekly newspaper columnx on “Putting Your Spirituality to Work,” resulting in 3 books.

William has been acclaimed multiple times by Leadership Excellence as among the top 30 thought-leaders worldwide on the topic of leadership. His client work has spanned the globe, in countries such as India, China, Japan, Singapore, England, France, Canada, and the USA.

Two of his five books on corporate innovation have been rated among the top 30 business books of the year in the USA by Executive Book Summaries. He has been a guest faculty member for the Stanford University MBA program and the University of Dallas DBA program.
