Welcome to the Conscious Leadership Academy (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This General Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Terms Of Use, Account Management, Terms and Conditions, and Payments & Refunds Notice (collectively referred to as “Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and online platforms (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
Terms and Conditions and a matching Privacy Policy for the Conscious Leadership Academy registered in Germany/EU, aligned within the General Data Protection Regulation Article 6 (1)(f) GDPR.

The Conscious Leadership Academy offers leadership development courses and resources both online and in-person around the globe. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

2. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, course materials, and digital downloads, is the direct property or authorized license of the Conscious Leadership Academy or its content providers and is protected by German and international intellectual property laws.

- Register and partake in a course;

6. Course Enrollment and Payments
Enrollment in our courses may require payment of fees. All fees are due at the time of registration unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but changes will not affect fees already paid.
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. We are not responsible for errors or breaches caused by these providers. Conscious Leadership Academy does not safe any of your payment details.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund policies for specific courses or services will be communicated at the time of purchase. Generally:
Online courses are non-refundable once access is granted.
In-person events may have specific cancellation policies, depending on the location and organizer, and on application.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Conscious Leadership Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Any disputes arising out of these Terms, that cannot be resolved through mediation, shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Germany.
