Rating Scale
- Never - This does not describe the leader.
- Occasionally - This sometimes describes the leader.
- Moderately - This describes the leader about half the time.
- Frequently - This often describes the leader.
- Consistently - This strongly and reliably describes the leader.
Grounded in the World Economic Forum's 11 core leadership competencies for 2030, this assessment is designed to provide an honest, evidence-based snapshot of where the leader stands today. The Future-Readiness Index will highlight the leader's key strengths, identify growth opportunities, and deliver a tailored personal evolution roadmap.
The results will be communicated exclusively to the assessee on an anonymous basis.
